Have a career forecast for recent graduates?

The validity of any career assessment is questionable. There are many tools on the Internet, at least 10, or even more, for exploring career interests.
A relatively reliable one is the "Hollander Occupational Interest Assessment", which is a generally recognized method in the field of career planning, both at home and abroad. We often say that "job matching" is what Hollander put forward. There are some free versions on the internet, you can try if you are interested.
Hollander's assessment was born in the United States half a century ago, exactly in 1959. My God, our country was just liberated then, and we were still in the midst of a lot of trouble. After so many years, can these test questions still measure what kind of person I am. In addition, the types of occupations nowadays are different from those of 10 years ago, and even more different from those of 60 years ago. So there is a question mark over the validity of these tests.
There is also the question of the state of the tester at the moment. After watching "Winning the Crown", the passion has been strong for a long time, and at the moment, you want to work hard, you want to struggle, you want to carry the spirit of the women's volleyball team to the end. Will the testing state at this time directly affect our whole test result.
There is also a more crucial question that what is tested is our past and what is predicted is our future. Is there an inevitable connection here? If there is a connection, how much of it is there. My badminton coach once asked me if I believed in "epiphanies", and I said no. He said he was, and suddenly he was good at it. He said, he is, suddenly good at badminton, suddenly like badminton.
The past may not be able to predict the future, a major event happened in the family, suddenly changed, suddenly decided to fight, this is all possible things.
So explore yourself, in moderation.
Many, many college students, many, many newcomers to the workplace, they struggle with what kind of job am I right for? But the problem is that you can't say what kind of work you're good for even after you've made a great effort.
My personal experience is that interest comes from the ease of doing a job, and interest comes from being unique in a particular job, which comes only after doing something with heart and soul. A friend of mine says that people have low self-esteem, and his confidence comes when someone treats him as a teacher and asks him for advice on some professional issues, and that is when he starts to take an interest in his work.
