People are worried because personal success has never been separated from professional development, and we rely on our career paths to climb to the top of the ladder. This makes career astrology especially important as a way to discover your true calling. It's a way to discover your true calling, so that you can stand up to any hardship and stay true to that calling until you reach the top of your life.

Greg Baugher, an expert in career astrology with forty years of counseling experience and NCGR Level IV certification from the International Astrological Association, will tell us how to explore career paths from astrology from two perspectives in two articles with numerous real-life examples.
The first angle, in this article, will be about why we are gifted with our mission and how to reach the top in life. The Midheaven, the 10th house, the Sun, and certain prominent parts of the chart will be the focus to guide us.

The second perspective, the follow-up article, will be about the part of the transit, when certain important planets touch certain important parts of the chart, it is the opportunity to unleash our potential, to keep creating and to discover our true selves.

Any planet we see may be the locus of some other planet. For example, in the chart, the ruling planet of Sagittarius is Jupiter, and if there are three or more stars clustered in Sagittarius, then Jupiter is the locator star for those planets that reside in Sagittarius. If there are planets in Taurus, then Venus, the ruling planet of Taurus, is the locator star of the stars. Similarly, Saturn is the locator star for the planets that fall in Capricorn in the chart. The Midheaven and the 10th house are the highest places in our charts, and by looking at the planets and positions associated with them in the chart, the career picture can be painted in a general way to understand how we can ascend to the top of life. More specific career information can also be explored through other important parts of the chart. Career Aspirations. Finding our own path in our work and career, where we may spend most of our time earning money, providing service to others, playing the role of a member of society, and pouring great passion into creative events.
